This circular route is the union of three smaller routes that can be done from Gaintza (purple route), Baliarrain (green route) and Altzagarate (yellow route). We will start from the square in Gaintza, where we will follow the purple route towards Bostaitzeta; at this point we will turn right to follow the green route, passing through the village of Baliarrain. Once past Baliarrain and just 20 metres before reaching San Juan iturri, at the Abali-zelai Goikoa farmhouse, turn right to follow the route marked in yellow. This route will take us through Altzagarate and back to Bostaitzeta where, once again following the purple route, we will reach the starting point in Gaintza.
During the route we will enjoy the views offered by the Txindoki mountain in a quiet and beautiful environment.
The route is suitable for Nordic walking.
