Idiazabal cheese<\/div>\n
\u201cOld as Euskal Herria, ancient as its way of life, generous as its people\u201d. This cheese is made through a\u00a0<\/span>thousand-year tradition<\/b>, having its own\u00a0<\/span>denomination of origin<\/b>\u00a0<\/span>since for 30 years now. It takes its name from one of our villages, Idiazabal, being this the first town related to latxa sheep cheese. You are in the land of Idiazabal cheese, but try and have it with a glass of natural cider or txakoli\u2026 you will love it! This cheese is completely natural, so don\u2019t worry about eating the rind too! Remember, 13,000\u20ac were paid at auction for half of this cheese\u2026 no wonder world-famous Basque chefs are big fans of this product and use it in their recipes!<\/div>\n
