Traditional cheese factory that shows the process of making cheese from the very hands of the shepherd! Understand the process with visual aids and see the animals in their routine. You can buy local products in their shop. If you want to know more about the cheese and its story, they will show you in their own Interpretation Centre next to the dairy. Spending the night is also possible since they are also an agrotourism.
