Workshop
Talo
Do you know what talos are? It is a very typical corn bread in the Basque Country, which was eaten in the farmhouses and which today can be tasted at any fairs in any town. It can be accompanied with something salty (txistorra for example) or something sweet.
We suggest you a talos workshop, but not in anywhere. We will do it in a special place, in Igartza Medieval Complex, in Beasain. After the visit and see how the flour was grount in the old mill, we will attend to the explanation of how they are made. After making the dough together, each member of the group will make their own talo or corn bread. The visit will end tasting the talos made with chocolate.
You will have a great time with family or friends!
